KNOW WHO YOU ARE DEALING WITH ON THE DISTRICT LEVEL
As a "Seasoned" disability Advocate for over 26 years I have been around the block 1000's of times with District administrators who do nothing but stroke their own egos and have no care in the world about our Special Needs Kids.
The show this week will be discussing one Compliance and Monitoring man who is this way and got caught with his shanagians from the past to things that happened just this week. This type of information that we are giving to you today is quite common on those in authority who "Think" they know it all and they don't - Who have gotten away with so much, and then, like now, get caught. It is these type of people that need to be fired and no longer hold an attorney license. Their illegal actions, of which they have known about and use anyway......have been caught and the reprecussions of their actions are astonomical.
These type of actions will bring about a "Class Action Law Suit" against the District as well as the individual themselves. These type of illegal actions can actualy bring down a whole district not just in Felonies but also money's.
Always remember that the money used to fight this type of crime does NOT come out of any Educational Funds. All Districts have a budget for just illegal actions and awards for compensation to the party hurt.
So always be prepared to know who you are dealing with and document, document, document everything.
