She finds, addresses and solves the “Unmet Needs” of all the Disabled and Non-Disabled kids in the Public School System.  She informs all those that work with kids (K-12), by interviewing Parents, Disabled Kids, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Judges, Specialists, Seasoned Advocates, Doctors, Teachers, Directors, Administrators, and others on ALL disabilities that affect learning: such as Autism, ADHD, Traumatic Brain Injury, Learning Disabilities, Deaf and Blind, Behavioral Problems, Other Health Impairments, plus so much more.

Caroline Rangen has been Co-Hosting with Rose Moore on The Rose Moore Show for over a year now and has brought both her knowledge and expertise on the Inside-Goings-On of the Clark County School District and the Trustees themselves.  She has appeared in almost all of the CCSD BOE Trustee meetings finding errors and approaching the trustees with them. She has children with disabilities, from blind, autism, ADHD plus more, where she had to fight for all their rights and services that the school district refused to give to her children.
 
He husband Carl is also disabled with a back inury as well as legally deaf, who has supports his wife in all her endeavors and he is also a member of the PTA.
 
Caroline is also a 20 year resident of Las Vegas and has been employed the Clark County School District for 14 years as a Para-Professional in the areas of Autism of which she had taken numerous classes to make her one of the best in this District.
 
Caroline was once fired by the Clark County School District due to her filing charge against the District in Federal Court for reporting abuse by a teacher to an Autistic Child.  The judge found she was retaliated against and won her job back plus back pay.
