The Rose Moore Show is based on the belief that our parents needs are of the utmost importance when it comes to Learning Problems that the Public Schools are NOT addressing for our kids. The Rose Moore Show is geared to finding, addressing, and solving the “Unmet Needs” of Learning Disabled children (K-12) in the public school system.  Her guests include Psychologists, Parents, Students, Doctor’s, District Administrators, Court Judges, Attorney’s, Advocates, Trustees, Politicians and many organizations, clinics and agencies.

 

It is mandated by law that all children and teens whose disabilities affect their learning ability - including ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, TBI, Autism, Behavioral Problems, Blindness, Deafness, and Health Impaired, mental retardation, Other Health Impairments, to name a few - be provided Special Services by the public school systems, in every state in our nation.

 

 

ADHD Child Advocate Services (ADHD CAS) is a non-profit, 501 C 3, which means that all donations to ADHD CAS and it's divisions are tax deductible.  We send out receipts for all donations made to any of our divisions for Income Tax purposes.

 

 

 

Lucky Lady is a Therapy Dog and Service Dog, registered with Service Dogs of America (SDA) for Mrs. Rose Moore.  Lucky Lady, a German Shepherd, goes into schools for the children to read to, not only here in Nevada but in all 50 states.

NAPCA is the FIRST National Association that Certifies Disabilities Advocates after they have completed all the stringent requirements of NAPCA.

 

NAPCA was formed due to the fact that Disabilities Advocates have never received the recognition they deserve for the extensive knowledge and work that they do for Disabled Kids in the Public School System.  It is through this program that we are able to "Certify" disability advocates under NAPCA (a div. of ADHD Child Advocate Services). This certification, being nation wide, brings more credibility to all advocates due to the fact that all advocates are trained in their appropriate areas of expertise and have met all the requirements to be Certified.

 

NAPCA trains in all areas of Special Education.  Some Advocates do not want to attend IEP meetings but they want to do research, or analyze paperwork from the schools and parents.  Training in these areas are also available to be Certified in.

On Eagles Wings Theatrical Group, a division and extension of ADHD Child Advocate Services, was developed for Kids - Junior High and High School age with all kinds of disabiites to learn how to put on shows and to bring awareness to these disabilites to students, parents and the public.

 

They learn how to write a script, do lighting, sound, spotting, acting, carpentry of the set, costume design, fundraising, advertising, promoti0n, graphic design,  dancing, singing, choreography, music, voice overs, acting in drama, musicals, comedy- everything that it takes to put on a show for stage and video.

 

Being here in Las Vegas, NV we have the availability of 100's of professionals, in all areas of theater and video production to volunteer their time to help our kids whereas they are all getting professional vocational training.
